I found these two points to be helpful also. I easily rubbed them while watching TV or reading. Is my disc now ‘not herniated’ – no, it remains out of place. However, I reduced my pain overall and also reduced acute pain. So much so, that I could go without pain medications…and I think that’s amazing.
