Herniated Disk & Sciatica – Part 3 of 5

Hello,

The sciatica symptoms I have include ‘heaviness/achiness’ going down the back of my left leg, tingling in both feet (heel of left foot and instep and 1st and 2nd toes of right foot0, pain deep in the left hip, and pain over/around the coccyx (tailbone). Therefore, a number of things can be done. Here, I was still working with the herniated disk and pain deep in my hip.
