The holidays can be stressful.
They require work, i.e., cooking, finding others a place to sleep, interacting with others who may not share the same values/beliefs, more interactions than usual, etc.! SO – You need ENERGY!
At the same time, getting together – well, you really want to enjoy the time and one another. After all, you are getting together to share the holidays with individuals you have a connection with, that you like or love or at least want to get along with! SO – You want to feel RELAXED and enjoy yourself.
First, Keep doing the Daily Energy Routine!!! This is a simple energy routine that people can do every day “to establish positive “energy habits” in their bodies which strengthen their immune systems and help them navigate through the stresses we all face today”. Doing it both enhances your energy and helps harmonize your energies so you feel calmer, more sure of yourself, and better able to handle stress.
Second, here is an ear reflexology point that can help. This is a great point to access, as no one will notice, and you’ll get increased energy and relaxation!
Of course, there are many other techniques to help, but the DER and this ear point will really help.
