Scientist. Healer. Mindfulness educator with over 35 years of experience.
Dr. Rice brings a rare depth of credibility to her teaching. Her background includes:
- 12 years of scientific research on mindfulness in the U.S. military
- Presentations at international conferences on PTSD, resilience, and workplace wellness
- Dozens of published articles on meditation, compassion, and trauma recovery
- Formal training in MBSR, meditation retreat facilitation, and energy psychology
She has taught mindfulness to service members, mental health professionals, caregivers, spiritual seekers, and beginners. Her presence is calm, direct, and deeply supportive, rooted in decades of personal practice.
