Thank you Valerie, that was wonderful!! For others considering taking Valerie’s classes: Valerie's Calming Stress and Anxiety with Eden Energy Medicine Class is packed with so much good information, from what stress is to how stress affects your body and behavior. She detailed many techniques during this class and everyone went away with a favorite. Her voice alone causes me to relax! She is so knowledgeable about so many things, with so many years of experience. Valerie encourages us, as students to feel and experience the energy moving. Her kindness and genuineness really shine through in her classes. Transparency here, she was my Year 1 Eden Energy Medicine Teacher and I might be a little biased, but I believe she is a front runner in Energy Medicine.

Thank you so much, Valerie! Your course (Psychic Development Class) has given me tools, skills and a safe space and support group of women to practice with. I want to keep learning and practicing and refining. I know I'm at the very beginning of this journey and honestly… Wow! I'm in awe of this new reality that I didn't know existed before. Please let me know about your sleep class and anything else you are offering. I'll take it all if I can get them to work with my schedule.

I first met Valerie as my teacher of a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. Her calm way of being and confidence in how she was opening life changing possibilities to others encouraged me to pursue Certification in teaching MBSR. She continues to be a vital role in my journey. She has introduced me to Energy Medicine and is always amazing in her pursuit of helping others live more as they would prefer. I hold her presence in my life with the highest regard.

Dr. Rice was my Eden Energy Medicine (Eden Method) Fundamentals Teacher. The other students and I breezed through the classes with her guiding us happily along the way. She had a way of settling me down when I felt anxious about doing a demonstration in front of her and she shared so much of her knowledge, tips, and tricks that helped make the learning easy to absorb. She is very knowledgeable about many subjects and curious to know more and share it with the community. She continues these kindnesses to this day (3 yrs. later). Valerie Rice is a natural born healer. I have been recovering from lower back surgery. Valerie has been very instrumental to my recovery. I met Valerie back in the Fall of 2019 at an Energy Medicine workshop in San Antonio where she was assisting. I found her to be very friendly and helpful in her duties. I didn't know at the time that she would become my Year 1 teacher for the Eden Energy Method certification course nine months later.
